With RG500 cylinders now unavailable new from Suzuki second hand cylinders are hard to find.
This re-sleeve service will take your supplied 400cc cylinders and fit a custom manufactured sleeve. Piston sizes can be used from stock size 56.00mm all the way to 61.00mm big bore. Please specify bore size when ordering.
